- Fr. Jean Claude, the parish priest, will be on vacation from 20 July to 12 August. During Fr. Jean Claude’s absence, Fr. Joosef has been entrusted with the pastoral care of the parish and will exercise the authority of the parish priest.
- Next Saturday, July 25, we will celebrate the feast day of St. James the Apostle. To mark the occasion, St. James Church, in collaboration with Lauttasaari Church, is organizing a 13-kilometer ecumenical pilgrimage around Seurasaari Bay. We will depart from the church at 10:00 a.m. The festive Mass will be at 5:00 p.m. During the Mass, we will take up a collection for Venezuela. Coffee will be served after the Mass. Everyone is welcome.
- The Diocesan Feast will take place this year in Lohja on Saturday, 15 August. A bus leaves from in front of the cathedral at 9:00 AM. There will be Mass in the Church of St. Lawrence at 11 am. After the Mass, the program will continue at Vivamo. The cost of the bus trip is €30. A small fee will be requested for the meal at Vivamo.
